Hello Belladona,
Have you tried the Art Institute online, or Sessions.edu. I'm not sure if sessions.edu is accredited.
-
Cascas,
Thanks for replying. Did you purchase any headphones etc.?
-
greenfin1,
I really like the website, and the ideas behind it. Along with character education, we also need etiquette training for our youths. Popping gum while giving a presentation is not cool, jumping into other people's conversation while networking is annoying, and wearing tailored suits baggy in the workplace is very unattractive.

Cascas,
Thanks for the update. Can you kindly elaborate a little bit more about your experience with the two companies that you reference above. I would like to know the following: Did you invest any money? What is it that you do? Do you like what you? Are you hourly or salary? Is teletech/alpine access registered with the better business bureau?

You can check out chea.org regarding accreditation.
-
Scott,
I checked out your website and I loved it! I wish a lot of managers in the workplace can create time to explore a creative medium such as photography, it will help them see things from a different lens.
As for me, I'm an abstract painter/poet.

Steve,
Exactly, a seperate budget will factor in the minor details and that will eliminate students paying additional fees.

Congratulations!! what advice would you give to someone who is enrolled in an online MBA program, and who is not currently working in their field?
Keep a positive attitude and everything will work out.

Quigamo,
In your course work did you receive a C or higher? Do you know why your credits are not transferring over?
-
Cajun,
I think for equipment/software upgrade or staff training. Some universities charge between $50-250 per semester.
-
Efultz08,
A lot of those negative postings are from disgruntle students. Walden is not a bad school.
-
Hello,
Just make sure the university is accredited.
-
Steve,
I not asking for a seperate campus rather seperate budget.
-
Steve,
When it comes to online programs/universities a lot of employers here in South Florida are still ignorant about those school’s daily functions. Maybe Keiser is different in their approach of getting local employers involve in their students. However, what I have experienced while working for a Human Resources department in Miami was ...

Steve,
I think Clemmie's issue is that she "can not do an internship" due to her full time job. Capella's University is an excellent school for the field of Education, Counseling and Psychology.
-
Steve,
That is correct, online universities should include in their strategic plan a vision and budget to hire online learners. If this type of learning is suppose to be the new wave of the future, than University Administrators need to start thinking of ways to foster change in their hiring tactics of online learners.
"Cordon off those ...

Happy New Year to All!
I'm just a bit disappointed with most online universities, and traditional universities that offer online degrees. I'm disappointed with the fact that most online universities are not doing much to hire online learners.
What would I like to see? I would like see online universities develop job titles that are ...

Happy New Year Cajun!
I agree Everest university is expensive. For that amount of money they should at least try to get regional accreditation.
-
Happy New Year Steve!
Here in South Florida it is very different. If the degree is not from a state school a lot of employers do not recognize universities like Everest University, Phoenix etc. I was once instructed by a Human Resource Director to not interview applicants who obtain their degrees online, and applicants from universities ...
-
EJ,
Have you tried sessions.edu? I'm not sure if they are accredited.
-
Steve,
Everest University give the impression that the school is regionally accredited when in actuality they are nationally. I would advise for students to stay far far away from Everest University. Speaking from experience, a lot of employers see Everest University as a degree mill.
-
Cajun,
Florida Metropolitan University changed their name to Everest University. This is like the third name change.
-
Merry Christmas! The one in AZ is Penn Foster International, and the one in PA I'm assuming is the main campus. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
-
I would like to hear former students opinions about Everest University or previous graduates of Florida Metropolitan University. What is going on with the name changes?
