I would not want having the stigma of being a high school dropout.Having an HS diploma opens many doors.Well, it must be my area but some schools I contacted won't accept it wether it's regionally accreditied or not.

Since I can''t seem to edit my own posts .I am trying to go to college as well ,I have no diploma .So I decided I am going to go to Penn Foster High School which is accrediated and I have already got a local community college that has said that they will accept it.

Most distance schools require either one .Getting a GED is simply done by studying for the test's and passing them.

I am more interested in Penn Foster and Ashworth but I want a diploma that will help me better achieve my goal of eventually going to college.I want a school that has the most credibility,yes a GED is better all around but,I have many reasons for choosing online the number one is time.

As I posted here earlier I already have a high school diploma ,but I was issued a "special diploma " which is worthless .I am studying for a GED now, but are there any online high school that a regionally accrediated community college will accept other than a GED ?
