I am a lot late .No credits,associate or bachelor's degree issued and only teaching myself with no meaning to an employer .I am sorry not interested.

There are some subjects best not online, a foreign language is one of them .I tried an online course for a language it was impossible . I perfer a B& M classroom over a computer anyday to learn any language .

I hope this is a positive move for PF and maybe they will seek regional accrediation once again .It would give PF alittle more credibility in the transfer in credits .In some people's eyes . I am certainly hoping for all postive outcomes with the Princeton Review purchase .Is there a Princeton College ,know about PU ?

Say What ???? I would hope software has a learning effect on students .You need to clarify what you meant cause I have no clue .

Maybe a schloarahip or go to a career center and ask about payment options for schools .As for PF no FASFA that I know of .

I wish you luck in your studies .I will keep you in my prayers . I am trying to get a GED 13 years later, so yeah it's rough when you have been out of school for so long .Keep this in mind it will be worth in the end . You may qualify for a new job or transfer the credits to a 4 year school if you wish.

If I were 18 again ,I would have wised up to education, rather to be stuck getting a GED so many years down the road ...There are so many things that I would do over again if I had the chance this is one .

Regional accrediation is one top thing for me as for degree programs .How about something in the liberal arts ? Or Bachelor of Retail Management ,another possible is Psychology .

If you haven't graduated from college yet you can apply the credits to any school online or land based if the courseses meet the school's requirement .

Try Penn Foster they have a cooking class and a gourmet cooking class certificate as well as courses on fashion.

Thanks I just wanted some other opinions .I want the college degree and it is something that I have wanted since I didn't graduate high school 10 plus years ago .It's now or never for me .A college degree is in my future .I will update when I get my GED .

Some people DO CARE if the degree IS earned online or on a campus .I wil be willing to bet 90 percent do care where it was earned and 10 percent don't care .

As others have pointed out this is a distance learning forum,not a job hunting site if you need a job .You will need to keep looking .I am in the same boat and still looking .

Penn Foster College is a go at your own pace and they offer a business degree and as far as money goes thy are cheap.I wish you the best in what ever you choose .

It would be nice when people realize that earning a college degree is essentially the same whether you earn the degree online or sitting in a clasroom.You both earn the same credit and the same coursework to earn it .

The Penn Foster program is well worth the deal and the price of the software .I have looked at the possbility and it is one of the cheapest around .

Need a forum for people seeking information on a GED or any other institution other than a college .I have watched this forum for a while a there needs to be a forun separate from the others .
