Hey, I am taking the Medical Office Assistant career diploma program, so I am taking almost pretty much the same classes you are taking. About there proctored exams, pretty much you can get anyone that has an associate degree to be your proctor, or you can go to your local community college.

Penn Foster Career School (which is the one I am attending) and Blackstone Career Institute offers the exact same self paced studying too, look into those.
