I have been to Bahrain, and it is a beautiful country.  I spent most of my time in Manama, and one of the high points for me was visiting the Tree of Life.

The high school diploma program at Penn Foster College is regionally accredited in the U.S., which means it can be used as a prerequisite to enter any U.S. college.  There are colleges in the U.S. which operate programs in Bahrain, so you should be able to enter one of those.  If you plan to enter a college not affiliated with  U.S. institution, you would need to have the high school diploma evaluated by that college, but there are colleges outside the U.S. which do not require a high school diploma in order to enroll.  Heriot Watt University comes to mind.  I remember reading about a high school student in Great Britain who earned his MBA there before he had his high school diploma or bachelor degree.

Penn Foster Career School does offer a diploma in Fitness and Nutrition, and it is also regionally accredited, so that may be an option for you as well.  Good luck!

I agree that generally speaking a high school diploma from Penn Foster should meet any requirement for entry into a Bachelor's program.  Do you have a university in mind that you'd like to attend once you're done with the high school diploma?  If so, have you asked them about it?
