    help.

Many youth in the developing countries are out of school. the primary reason of this situation is they can't afford to send thier children to school, instead, children are usually engage in child labor. Isn't it interesting how the developed counties can help these countries, these youth.

    Re: help.

There are many other ways in which these children can enter a school, especially in Higher Education. There are a lot of scholarship programs offered by universities and the government in which they could apply on, provided, they will maintain a grade required by the particular sholarship they are into.  Of course, these children need to exert a lot of effort if they *really* would want to study.

I think it's more interesting how people in developing countries can help one another, like sixteen year old Babar Ali in India, or like Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunus.  As someone with ties both to the U.S. and to a developing country, I think it is unnecessary and can be damaging to look to the West for intellectual leadership.
