LVillePunk85:One thing that i hate about online schooling when it comes to this type of degree is that the learning experience looks so bland because most schools look like they use the generic blackboard system, nothing flashy or different. Makes learning look boring in my eyes with the technology avaliable with flash, shockwave etc to make it look more appealing.
It's actually pretty easy to put that sort of thing in a Blackboard course. You can even embed a YouTube video right into a Blackboard page, for example, and it's not even very hard. I don't know why more schools don't take this sort of thing more seriously. I suppose a major factor for traditional schools that start online programs is that their faculty aren't accustomed to that sort of thing. But you'd think that online schools would simply make it an up-front job requirement.
