Well, if you've decided that Sustainability Management isn't as important after all, and a normal Bachelor's in Management or Business Administration would be fine, then you may want to look at some bargains from the Midwest: Any of those would be as well regarded as Phoenix or Colorado Tech and the price tag would be a heck of a lot less. -=Steve=-

Steven:I have also requested info from Bellevue, Charter Oaks, and American Public University. From the info that I have gotten from all of you these are all good schools.
I agree they're all good, although I got my Bachelor's from Charter Oak State College and am on the Alumni Association Board, so I'm pretty biased on that one! -=Steve=-

I agree with Cajun that you may not want to cross them off your list entirely because of one phone call -- regarding the person at Fort Hays, if she wasn't an academic advisor,
as in someone who actually evaluates transcripts, then I wouldn't be quick to
assume she's right about the transfer credit you'd likely get. But at the same time I often tell people not to ignore a bad gut feeling about a school. If you really think they're not right for you, well, you're right to be wary. -=Steve=-

Steven: I still requested information from them. I am still trying to figure out how the whole process works, and did not realize that you actually have to sometimes apply to get the whole process moving forward as far as information goes. I am just now figuring out that "applying" does not mean "committing". What I like about APU is they look at your transcripts ahead of time and can give you a pretty good idea about what they will accept and what they will not. This is quite a process looking at all of these different schools and trying to get correct accurate information from them. I have been spending more time researching schools and looking at WEB sites than pretty much anything else right now, it can be exhausting.
Looking for the right school can quickly turn into a second job. I know exactly how you feel. I used to have piles of catalogs around my house for up to a year before I pulled the trigger on a school.

Exactly. And in their defense, it takes people's time to do a proper credit transfer evaluation, so it's no tunreasonable they want you to show seriousness before they'll do one.

Yes, although considering how large an investment this is, it's worth doing your research before you make a decision! -=Steve=-
