Hello. Has anyone heard of Foothill College? It is a community college in Los Altos CA and they offer several 100% Associate's Degrees (some I think with proctored exams). They call it Foothill Global Access. It is $13 per credit for CA residents!

I'm enticed by their AS Database Management program.
