    Intro

    Hello everyone,

New to the site and to the big world of online schools. I have currently received my BSN from a local college and I am looking forward to starting on my MSN. Multiple schools offer this online, does anyone have information on the best schools that offer MSN/NP or MSN. I would greatly appreciate the input.

Define "best".  By "best" do you mean the least expensive?  The most prestigious?  The one with the least number of classes?  Etc.

There are a lot of online MSN programs out there:

I'm with Cajun, though: what does "best" mean to you?

Congrats on receiving your BSN. I'm sure I don't have to tell you that nurses are in high demand, and getting your MSN is pretty much assuring you  long-lasting job security.

I've heard great things about Walden's graduate programs in nursing. In particular, I had the opportunity to interview Joan, a recent MSN graduate. You can read about her thoughts and experiences with Walden here: http://www.elearners.com/guide-to-online-education/walden-university-nursing-degree-joan.asp.

If you give a few more thoughts as to what you mean by "best," I'm sure we can help you!
