Need help which is best for my situation?

I am interested in obtaining my degree through an online college. There are so many options out there that it has become quite confusing! My concerns mostly fall on future employment sneering at a degree from an online program. For this reason and from what I heard on this forum I am staying away from UOP. Hopefully someone from this board may be able to guide me towards a few decent choices. As of now I am overwhelmed on which one to choose. I would like to attend a regionally accredited university that has the option of quicker graduation through 5 to 8 week courses. I will be starting with no credits and would like to work towards my BA in Business Management/Property Management. I was looking at Stevens-Henager College for their property management degree. I just passed my real estate exam and may be interested in investing/managing property in the near future.

Price is also a concern as this will be completely out of pocket. How do i know which universities are scams? I live in PA and my community college has courses that run for three months I am looking to split that time in half to finish sooner. Thank you for your help!!

Just remember that accelerated courses don't mean less work.  You may be able to take eight-week courses rather than traditional sixteen-week courses, but you won't be able to take as many of them at a time.

I'm not aware of a program specifically in Property Management other than Stevens-Henager, but as far as Business goes, you have a lot of options:

Price is definitely something to consider.  If you're okay with general Business Administration you can find some pretty reasonable programs out there.  What range are you thinking?

As far as which are scams, stick with our database, all the schools listed are accredited by an agency approved by the U.S. Department of Education.

From what you described there are a ton of options available.  If you are willing to take longer courses, say 12 to 14 weeks and double up on them there are even more options available.  If a BS or BA is your ultimate goal you can even attend a college like Penn Foster and transfer that associates degree into a RA BS program which will save you a ton of scratch.
