Diploma or degree for Fashion Merchandising?

    Hey guys,

I'm confused & I hope you all can help me. I'm changing my course in marketing at PFC & am thinking about getting my credits transferred into a fashion merchandising major. But the community college that offers the online course, only has 80% of them available online & the other courses are taken far, far away from my home Confused And the only other one I've seen is a diploma in fashion merchandising from Ashworth University. Does anybody know of any INexpensive schools that carry this sort of program, or should I just go with the diploma from Ashworth? Please give me your opinions & ideas! Thanks.

Although not cheap, the Art Institute Online of Pittsburgh is supposed to offer a good fashion program, and I believe it is entirely online.

Ashworth University is an option, of course.  It worked out for this cast member of ABC-TV's "Extreme Makeover:  Home Edition".

So I guess Ashworth is a reputable school! It worked out for her in her case.

I've been doing my research and also noticed that the Art Institute in Pittsburgh offers it, but I think it's only a B.A. program. I'm trying to find a A.A. program. The Academy of Art offers it, but it's pricey as well. I'm sure it could work into a B.A. at the Art Institute though.

    Decisions! Decisions!

    Thanks for your help :-)
