Since you already have a computer science degree, do you know what you'd like to earn your certification in? Excelsior College has online programs in Sun Certification and Oracle Certification.

Charles Sturt University in Australia has some interesting Master's degree programs for technology workers, where up to half the degree consists of technical certifications.  They can accommodate interest in either Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
