As a U.S. citizen attending a U.S. school, I believe you're eligible for federal financial aid even if you live abroad. But talk to Penn Foster's people for this to be sure. The other thing I would do is make sure ahead of time that a nationally accredited Associate's degree from the U.S. will actually qualify you to work in a British pharmacy.

I am of an older generation however, want to better myself and found courses in the field of study given by Stonebridge Associated Colleges (U.K.) and Penn Foster Career School in the line of Pharmacology. I am a U.S. Citizen however, I live in the U.K. My Husband and I only live on his very fixed income and, I was wondering about Pell Grants and if I would be eligible to apply living out of country. I'm really serious about going into the Phamacutical field and just am LOST! Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.
