Do you live in the U.S.? You'd be eligible for U.S. federal financial aid (grants and loans) if you're a U.S. citizen, or have permanent resident, refugee, or asylum status. But even if you don't have that status or don't live here, most schools should still be willing to admit you if you're willing to pay tuition fees on a term by term basis.

What problems have you been having?

Are you a U.S. citizen? If not you'll likely have to pay out of pocket. What's your budget? What level of degree are you interested in? What do you want to do with the degree?
