I would like to know if anyone have information on schools that have childcare onsite. I am a single parent and I am ready to attend school next year but its been hard to find someone that will watch him the fews hours I would be in school. I know that some schools have it but I can't seem to find any information. I know that there are many other parents who have or had the same situation. Any information would be appreciated.

I am a stay at home mom that works... We have a farm, I ebay, and I mystery shop, but I didn't finish applying for the working mom scholarship because I don't have a place of employment. Due to my hubby's work starting to "cut costs," I am looking into Penn Foster's accounting program so I may be able to work at home so I can still work the farm and continue to homeschool my girls.

So, for now, are there any work at home mom scholarships or financial assistance? Thanks!

I have noticed that my competitors are using video email facility for communication and marketing etc. how could I avail this technology? I am considering Leadership and Curriculum Instruction. Do they a residence requirement? and do they provide student support?

I know, no one needs and no one wants more spam clogging up their already full email inboxes, but this is NOT spam.

I strongly urge all moms to sign up for email alerts from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.

From the vaguely silly ("bling-ed" out pacifiers decorated in Swavorski crystals) to the truly alarming (Simplicity cribs), everyone who has a child needs to know about product recall alerts from federal regulators and stay vigilant about monitoring whether your kids' toys, jewelry or other items show up on a recall list!

Go to http://www.cpsc.gov/cpsclist.aspx and rest a little easier!!!

Work It: A Blog for Working Moms

For me, personally, it's difficult, if not impossible, to let down my guard at work and admit to my fellow co-workers that I am not Wonder Woman (i.e. I don't iron and I shamefully spend money on buying pre-sliced apples for my daughter rather than buy regular apples and chop them up myself!) so I actually prefer a more "anonymous" way of sharing stories and concerns via reading blogs written by other working moms or hanging out in places like CafeMom or BabyCenter.

Anyway, I really like this blog, especially since it's written by more than a dozen different contributors, all of whom give their own unique perspective on juggling career, kids, relationships, sanity (always seems like a trade-off!), etc.
