Uh Oh....looks like AJU might have snagged another one.  I know of 2 people personally who are also considering AJU strongly.  Personally I have a lot of respect for their school even if they are NA.  Even an NA MBA will have more utility than a certificate.

If I remember eCornell may be different than the other schools such as those in the University Alliance in that they actually perform the coursework themselves rather than farming it out to Prometric.  Check me on that though, there was a time a couple of years ago when I did a ton of research on these things.  Of all the certs I saw in the CEU crowd I remember eCornell being one of the best.
