In my opinion, going with Penn Foster or Ashworth University High School are both better choices than getting a GED. Both Penn Foster and Ashworth are regionally accredited high schools. The online part doesn't even come into play. Either would be acceptable (and likely more acceptable than a GED) to colleges.
