    Aspen response getting slower?

I've noticed that recently (couple of weeks/a month) Aspen has begun answering mails more slowly. Anyone else experiencing this?

Before they often answered the same day, and never more late than the second day.

Now it can go over a week before they answer, and even more.

I've also noticed that they have an exceptionally high degree of job rotation.

Maybe David is implementing so many changes that they have to cut down on feedback time?

    Hmmmm.....

When you say job rotation, do you mean people who work there switching to doing other jobs there, or do you mean people leaving and new hires taking their places?

Both, in fact. However; this has been going on for a while. Maybe they are utilizing the internal job rotation as a way to keep employees motivated and tuned into various aspects of the operations of the university.

I don't know. Haven't worked out poorly before, though. Only now.

I know many schools and universities use the admissions spot as a kind of beginning role for employees, I wouldn't expect to see as much of this in student support roles however unless they've integrated them.  ???
