How can you be accepted to an online college/university when you can not pay the tuition fees and books

with just a Pell Grant?   Ellis University would accept me if  i could recieve a Stimulus Package from eLearners, otherwise i would

have to use a Pell Grant and a Payment Plan i can not afford because of being on a fixed income. Does any one have any thoughts how

i can and where i can recieve scholarships and grants i need them now for Fall Semester and Winter Semester. I really need the help

and support to complete my Bachelor's Degree online, i believe is faster than on a campus/class room setting.

Hello you can try using private student loans, try contacting Sallie Mae to see if can receive private financial aid.

Unfortunately there isn't a lot out there for online learners.  You could try soliciting various non-profits who may be interested in your situation, for example if you were a minority, disabled vet, small business owner, etc.  Other than that loans are about it. 

Another thing you could do is consider a school like Ashworth College who do monthly payment plans on their programs, but again this is a type of loan, it's just coming from the school rather than a 3rd party. 

That's strange.  If they participate in federal financial aid enough for you to be able to use Pell grants, why can't you also use Stafford loans, which you don't have to start paying back until after you graduate, and thus are presumably making more money?
