    Looking to hire University Staff

Does any one know where I post an employment ad for Adjunct Faculty, Upper Administration aimed for Educational staff.  We are having difficulty finding qualified individuals in Southern California.

A new Online Distance Education University will be opening up this year and we are looking to staff up. All positions from Deans with Ph.D, to Instructors, Course Developers and Administrative Assistances.

    Thanks for your help.

    Luis

Luis, is this a brand new school?  Will the school seek accreditation if so?  Could you provide a little more info on the school?

Most colleges I know of hire from websites like Higherddjobs.com.

    I think you mean HigherEdJobs.com.

There's also InsideHigherEd.com and the Chronicle of Higher Education.

The University is currently seeking accreditation as we speak. This University is a division of an already National and California Accredited Vocational School.

Without regard to the school, there is no such thing as California accreditation. While there are a few states that accredit (Colorado, New York, etc.), California is not one of them.

    Perhaps you meant California licensed?

Even that is in legislative hiatus right now, isn't it?

True, I believe (although I readily admit I don't follow those issues that closely). However, at least if someone said that they were licensed and had been, that would be a not unreasonable statement.

What areas are you looking for?  Would the person need to relocate to California?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

I'm very much interesting in seeking online employment. I seek employment in the following areas as an online coordinator, facilitator, and student success tracker. Where can I find more information regarding your school?

Hi Luis, You can post your job ad on ednak.com.  It is free for institutions and they have a growing member base of experienced and educated online faculty.

    Good luck!
