In my experience, "harder" sciences such as math and computer science are more difficult to find because it is difficult to teach those courses online. Have you ever tried to learn calculus or Intro to Java Programming online? It is very, very difficult!

 Well a quick search led to some reasonably affordable, entirely online programs. My alter mater is Saint Leo University, and I know they offer an online Computer Information Systems program.

Additionally, American Sentinel University used to entirely focused on online computer science programs (I believe until 1992) before they expanded their offers. So perhaps this school is also worth looking into.

Are you looking for just a general BS CS, because if so, you're right, there aren't that many. But there are well over 500 BS CS that have a "specialty area" defined with them, such as:

Limestone College (SC)
Bachelor of Science Computer Science/Internet Management - General

University of Wisconsin - Platteville (WI)
Bachelors Business Administration / Computer Science

Western Kentucky University (KY)
Bachelors in Computer Information Technology
