    Hi!

I am considering Kaplan as my college.  I was wondering if you could tell me if you feel it is a good school?  Are you happy with your decision?  I'm an 'older' lady (-: and am going back to school for my Bachelor's Degree.  There are so many 'online' choices...it's very confusing.

    Any advice is appreciated!!

    Thanks!!

    Sassy

    Hi Islandgirl,

I attended Kaplan University for two years and received a BS degree in Criminal Justice.  It was a great experience and the price is good considering some of the other schools (text books are included in your tuition). All of my professors were great.  Especially my math teacher, I forgot her name but she was awesome.  I had a family emergency and I couldn't attend the classes and she worked with me.

The professors work you hard but in the end it is all worth it.  I remember being up two o'clock in the morning typing essays but I have no regrets.  The only regret I have is the fact that I didn't go to my graduation.  If you decide to go to any school and you graduate, please find a way to attend it because that is the icing on the cake.

I second that.  I almost didn't go to my Southwestern graduation ceremony which would have caused me to miss out on one of the best experiences of going to school.

I didn't go when I got my Bachelor's or my Master's, but I'm surely going when I get my doctorate. Smile

    Hello:

I had a wonderful experience with Kaplan University the staff is very friendly and all of my Professors were awesome.  Kaplan University really goes the extra mile to ensure that students graduate they even provide sources for tutoring and provide online affinity groups depending on the course of study you're enrolled in.
