    APUS Crowd?

Where is everyone at? I start graduate classes at APU on August 4th and I'm really excited. Anyone else working on their MPA there? Cool

    Re: APUS Crowd?

I have actually given very strong consideration towards earning an MPA there...only at APUS, not AMU.  The reason I was looking at the program was in the chance I get a municipal position somewhere and my job search starts in a month or two, so we'll see.  My primary concern however was lack of a concentration in criminal justice...which while not necessary would be nice.

Good luck on your program, I am very interested to know of your experiences myself.

Hey Cajun! I'm a Texas girl born and raised, can't wait until I can get back. I selected APU because it was one of the few places with a Human Resources concentration, great price, and can be finished quickly. I am also taking advantage of a graduate certificate. I was seriously considering Wayland Baptist; they have a Justice Administration concentration that you might want to check out. The tuition is only $300 per credit hour.

I did give Wayland Baptist a long look.  I am postponing an MPA until I know if I'll be in private or public sector.  Currently I'm planning on a DBA or PhD but I don't know about how I'll feel once enrolled, it's always good to have a plan "B".

Oh by the way, nice to meet someone from Tejas here.Yes
