Hi all, so it is true that WGU is accredited and is recognised world-wide? If I take this degree to Singapore, will the employers there recognise it? The tuition fee is so inexpensive that it scares me.

Yes, in fact Western Governors University is actually unique in being accredited by more than one regional accreditor.  They're solid.

Really?  I guess I don't think of them as high tuition particularly, but they're not the least expensive school either. With whose tuition rate are you comparing them?

Hmmmm........I've never considered WGU to be the cheapest out there either.  Are you transfering a bunch of credits in?

Thanks for your reply. Well, I am comparing WGU to Arizona State University. I am also not sure if WGU will be recognised in Singapore. ( I am from Singapore, currently in USA. =x)

Both schools are regionally accredited.
