Hi All- I have been reading this blog for a long time and would like some help/tips/advise. I am half way done with my MBA-PM. I am actually left with 2 classes and a capstone. I need some information regarding the capstone.

1. Is it possible if we can write a project proposal and start working on it prior to the completion of course work. Do we need to register for a capstone in order to start working on it?
2. How big the capstone should be. Should it be a case study or a complete project consisting of all the phase of SDLC.
3. If we chose a software project, do we need to do the coding or just the Analysis and Design using Project Management methodology.

 I would really appreciate your help.
