My Andrew Jackson University Experience

Ethical Decision Making: Done!

I am finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with my first semestar at Andrew Jackson University.  A couple of days ago I turned in my final paper for my Ethical Decision Making course, and I am DONE!  I still haven't received a grade yet, but I'm hopeful that I did well.   My final paper for Ethical Decision Making involved interviewing three different business managers about the ethical challenges they face within their company and in their industry.  I then had to relate the ethical challenges to the material in my textbook, and determine if the companies were operating in an ethical manner.

I have one assignment left until I have completed all of the course work for my first semester.  It is a research paper for my English Composition II course.  I spent most of the night last night working on my research and tonight I am writing my paper. I plan to do a rough draft tonight and then tomorrow I will clean it up a bit, make sure it is formatted correctly and then turn it in.

I have already scheduled my final exams for all three courses.  I will be taking one exam each night next Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  Each exam is 1 1/2 to 2 hours in length.  I also have to read the book "The Prince" by Nicco Machiavelli prior to taking my English Comp II final exam, as the exam is based entirely on the book.  So much for "easy" online exams!

By next Friday, I will have successfully completed Semester One at Andrew Jackson University.  It has been a long difficult road for me, and hopefully all of the work, late nights and long weekends will be worth it when all is said and done.
