Good day to all!
This is my first post to my new blog, “Earning My Doctorate Online”. I just started my Doctor of Business administration program at Walden University. So far, I am very pleased with the experience. If you are interested in this experience and want to learn from what I have been exposed to thus far, please check back on this blog frequently. There will be several posts coming up. So stay tuned! I am looking forward to sharing my thoughts and experiences with you. From what I understand, only 2% of Americans have Doctoral degrees. I am anxious to join that elite crowd. I have also received my first “fan mail” about the new program and I will post that letter and my response in the coming days.
I want to thank the staff at eLearners for allowing me to write about my experiences here for everyone to read. I will try to make it as interesting as possible. I hope that others can learn from my experiences as well.
As I write this, I am already behind in the course work to some extent. I am not “officially” behind, but I am a couple of days later than I like to be. We are required to make our first post to the message boards by the third day of the week. I will meet that deadline, but will have to focus on working more studiously in the coming weeks.
