Kiss Me, I'm an Online Student!

Top 5 posts of the week

Happy National Distance Learning Week, everybody! Today, November 12th, marks the beginning of National Distance Learning Week!

Chances are you or someone you know has taken an online course or is enrolled in an online degree program. That's because last fall, close to 3.5 million college and graduate students took at least one online course.

That's one of every five!

Celebrate National Distance Learning Week by giving the online learner in your life a hug and a kiss. Tell him or her that you'd proud of them for empowering themselves by pursuing education and taking control of their futures.

If you're the one studying online, give yourself a pat on the back - it's not easy to juggle school, work, and family! Be proud of the journey you're undertaking - the rewards will well be worth it.

Are you interested in an online degree? Come visit us at eLearners.com and let us help you find a program that fits your life.

Greetings and salutations, I am your friendly neighborhood Content Director here at eLearners.com. (I am also mom to a seemingly tireless 4-year-old girl and owner to a cat that hates me. Oh well - can't win 'em all.)

I have a bachelor's degree in computer science from Rutgers College and am thisclose to completing my master's degree in instructional design from Western Illinois University later this year.
