Finally I was able to get a hold of Dan from the Graduate Admissions Office of Bellevue University and he sent out the information packet I need in order to apply and register for classes by June. That’s the good news. The bad news is I still don’t have an answer for a project management specialization though in all truthfulness I’m not holding my breath. If they did do it however I can truthfully say that they are much more flexible than many of their competitors so here’s to hoping they read my blog.
Dan the Admissions guy (what I call him) was very nice about forgetting to send my info out the first time around, I’m mostly just happy that he’s going the extra mile to ask the head guy over their IT programs about my project management specialization. Keep your fingers crossed.
I’ve been asked a couple of times about WNMU recently. Truthfully I’m not putting much effort into the program. When it comes to them I don’t care to be doing work that I know isn’t going anywhere, so basically I’m doing just enough to justify not being kicked out of the program…and I don’t even care. I can’t wait to be done with them. Not a bad school, just not ready or able to fill my needs and I’m the kind of guy who hates wasted effort.
I intend on applying on the 15th as I said once before, then I begin the whole enrollment process for the 2nd time this year, not a heap of fun but I’m so looking forward to making progress again that I’m almost giddy. I’m going to start with 1 class at a time until I can get a better handle on the school and on my new job. I may take 2 classes at a time during either one of the summer semesters or spring of 2010. I’ll likely only take one class during the fall semester this year if that, there’s a lot going on right around October… I’ll explain later.
